Ludi Solutions operates as a secure intermediary for B2B supplier verification. In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa, we enforce strict cryptographic policies to secure identity manifests, B-BBEE affidavits, and entity registration metadata.

• Purpose of Collection: Entity data is strictly utilized for validation within the Ludi Ecosystem, enabling secure market access and enterprise procurement protocols.
• Consent & Uplink: By synchronizing your data vault during the onboarding sequence, you grant Ludi authorization to process and share your verified cryptographic standing with participating Enterprise Development (ED) nodes.
• Right to be Forgotten: Any authenticated entity can request a total vault purge, erasing all associated operational data and CIPC manifests from our network servers.

Participation in the Ludi B2B Procurement Network requires absolute fidelity. Entities found to be uploading falsified B-BBEE or CIPC documents will be permanently quarantined and reported to the necessary authorities.

Ludi Solutions does not act as a financial intermediary for Marketplace RFQ transactions. All financial settlements initiated via the "Market Access" interface must be resolved directly between the Supplier and Beneficiary nodes.
